Quality, laboratory equipment
To ensure provide high quality products to customer, we have our own professional lab. We have cable bending test machine, terminal pull test machine, terminal cross section analyzer, connector mating/unmating test machine, network analyzer, CCD, ageing test oven etc. For all the cable assemblies, we do 100% electric function test to avoid any NG goods escape to customer.
Production Equipment
We have overmold injection machine, automatic cutting, automatic wire cut and terminal crimping machine which provide high efficiency manufacturing to help customer reduce the cost. Also we have semi-automatic machine or manual machine to support low volume products for some customers. In summary, we provide flexible service to customers.
