JAE's JK06 series is a waterproof circular connector developed specifically for railway vehicles and related electronic devices worldwide. The JK06 series is designed according to the German circular connector specification VG95234. The VG95234 connector is very popular in railway vehicles in Europe. The plug-in type is a bayonet locking system. The contact arrangement is compatible with MIL-DTL-5015. JK06 also complies with NFF61-030 (French standard for locomotives and rolling stock) and EN50467 (European standard for railway applications and locomotives and rolling stock), making it very suitable for other industrial equipment applications that require sturdy and safe connections. JK06 is compatible with other products that meet the same standards.
PEI Genesis provides Amphenol Air LB VG95328/PT series circular connectors that comply with German military specifications, based on MIL-DTL-26482 series I size and contact arrangement. These compact and sturdy bayonet style circular connectors are both wear-resistant and vibration resistant, making them suitable for harsh environments. If you need to modify the VG95328 connector, there are multiple options to choose from. Applications include military/aerospace, heavy equipment, railways, and defense vehicles. PEI Genesis will soon be able to provide VG95328 connectors with the new J coating.
The CA bayonet connector series from ITT Cannon can be obtained from PEI Genesis, which is an improvement on the mature MIL-DTL-5015 standard. It features an excellent quarter turn 3-point reverse bayonet coupling design, allowing for quick and easy mating. These connectors are designed according to the VG95234 specification and are highly suitable for various harsh environmental applications that require excellent impact, vibration, and environmental protection. This series offers VG certified cadmium and alternative tin zinc J plating that complies with VG certification and RoHS standards, as well as other RoHS compliant plating options such as black zinc cobalt and blue zinc nickel.
