At booth F41 in Hall 12, two Allrounder E Gold Edition Evo series electric motors will showcase LSR production and efficient medical product production. The turnkey system centered around the Allrounder vertical turntable machine will provide fully automated production of connector components for China's growing automotive industry. Electric motor production of LSR products and medical products
The two golden version electric motors Evo series on CHINAPLAS fully demonstrate the performance of Allrounder electric injection molding machines. Compared to standard hydraulic presses, the dry cycle time can be reduced by up to two seconds. Energy demand can be reduced by up to 50%.
The locking force of the Allrounder 470 E Gold Edition electric motor Evo is 1000 kN, using a 160 cavity cold runner mold from Fangyi Company. Each sealing element weighing 0.06 grams is produced using Wacker's liquid silicone (LSR) without burrs, with an injection accuracy of 0.01 millimeters. These LSR injection molded parts are used to protect individual wires in automotive connectors from liquid penetration.
The Allrounder 570 E Gold Edition electric motor Evo has a clamping force of 2000 kN and will demonstrate how to efficiently produce pre filled syringes using glass substitute material COP (cyclic olefin polymer). COP is transparent and has barrier properties similar to glass, but it is almost unbreakable and has higher production costs. The exhibits are equipped with 8-cavity molds from Unixin. The Flexlift 10 linear robotic arm gently removes the syringe from the mold and places it on the conveyor belt.
The Flexlift linear robotic arm system specially designed by Arburg for the Asian market has a net load capacity of 5 kilograms, 10 kilograms, and 15 kilograms, and can be optionally equipped with one or two vertical axes.
Flexlift enables simple and fast setup and startup, with a mobile panel featuring a user interface designed by Selogica.
Fully automatic rubber injection molding insert for turnkey system
Electric vehicles and the entire automotive industry are becoming increasingly important in China. The advanced turnkey system in this industry will be showcased at CHINAPLAS 2025. The Allrounder 1600 T vertical turntable machine has a locking force of 2000 kN and can sequentially encapsulate metal inserts into high-voltage modules for automotive connectors.
A small six axis robot sends inserts into the system through a conveyor platform and stacks the completed finished components. The second large six axis robot places metal inserts into the half mold of the injection mold. After molding with glass fiber reinforced PBT, it transfers the pre formed parts to the back half of the mold and produces finished parts through re molding.
