TE Appeared At The 2015 Munich Shanghai Electronics Show

Recently, TE (Tyco Electronics, TYCO), a global leader in the field of connectivity, made a grand appearance at the 2015 Munich Shanghai Electronics Show, launching connectivity and sensing solutions for various industries. Sensors knock on the door of the Internet of Things
The sensor solutions exhibited by TE are widely used for multiple IoT related needs such as power, data, and signal perception. For example, in response to the specific manifestation of the trend of the Internet of Things in the transportation field - the Internet of Vehicles and smart cars, TE showcased a variety of rich sensor application solutions covering car transmission systems, start stop systems, battery packs, brake energy recovery, and vehicle height perception. These solutions can collect a large amount of data for smart cars to accurately perceive the various states and surrounding environment of the vehicle, providing decision-making basis for advanced smart car functions such as autonomous driving and vehicle state control. TE also showcased low-power, small-sized digital output sensors that can collect and share information on health status, energy consumption, air quality, and more for wearable devices. In addition to technologies applied to the Internet of Vehicles and smart cars, TE Automotive Division also showcased its full range of connectivity and sensor products and solutions in the automotive field at this exhibition, including terminals and connectors, sensors, new energy vehicle systems, information entertainment systems, relays, and central electrical boxes, providing broader innovation space for the development of new energy vehicles and various in vehicle systems.
In terms of hybrid and pure electric vehicles, TE focuses on showcasing a complete solution from high-voltage components to high-voltage electrical architecture to meet the reliability requirements of the vehicle's power battery and improve the safety of the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles.
