Elevator rubber power cord

1. The rubber power cord should be hanged freely and fully twisted before use, and the reinforcing core of the rubber power cord should be fixed and bear the tensile force at the same time;

2. Multiple rubber power cords should be laid in rows. During operation, the rubber power cords move up and down with the elevator, move and bend frequently, and require softness and good bending performance;

3. The rubber power cord is laid vertically and requires a certain tensile strength;

4. If there is oil pollution in the working environment, it should be fireproof, and the rubber power cord should not prolong the combustion;

5. Small diameter and light weight are required.

6. Structure

1) 0.2mm round copper single wire bundle is used, and the insulation layer is wrapped between the insulation and the conductor, and the coaxial twisting increases the softness and bending performance of the rubber power cord during cabling;

2) The reinforcing core of the rubber power cord is added to the rubber power cord to withstand mechanical tension. The reinforcing core is made of nylon rope, steel wire rope and other materials to increase the tensile strength of the rubber power cord;

3) The YTF type rubber power cord adopts a sheath mainly made of neoprene to improve the weather resistance and non-flammability of the rubber power cord.
