This product is designed specifically for the core structural components of automobiles, such as dashboard frames, pillar guards, door panel liners, etc., aiming to meet the key requirements of both lightweight and high-strength.

Ultra high melt index significantly improves processing efficiency

Technical data shows that Jingbo's ultra-high melt index impact resistant copolymer polypropylene LA640T has a melt index of 66.0g/10min. This value is twice the flow rate of ordinary high melting point polypropylene material, which can significantly improve the molding efficiency of automotive interior components and double the processing speed.

Lightweight and high-strength, effectively reducing component weight

LA640T fully utilizes the low-density characteristics of polypropylene (0.90-0.91g/cm ³), combining ultra-high fluidity with lightweight advantages. On the premise of ensuring structural strength, successful weight reduction of components has been achieved: for example, the dashboard frame has been reduced by 4 kilograms compared to steel, the four door bracket has been reduced by 3.6 kilograms compared to metal, and the A/B/C column assembly has been reduced by up to 3.7 kilograms.

High modulus and high impact resistance ensure safety and comfort


The Jingbo polyolefin LA640T material adopts a unique high modulus and high impact balance design, breaking through the limitations of traditional materials that are difficult to balance rigidity and toughness. Its high toughness helps to enhance the energy absorption capacity of components such as column guards during side collisions; Meanwhile, high rigidity can effectively cope with bumps and collision impacts during driving, integrating safety protection with driving comfort.

In addition, LA640T significantly reduces the volatile component content in the material through the installation of steam distillation unit technology, achieving low VOC and low odor.
