2, JAE's new FPC connector, dedicated to 5A current transmission and compact design
Against the backdrop of the increasing popularity of 5G technology, portable devices such as smartphones, wearable devices, and tablets are not only becoming more functional, but also continuously enhancing their performance. This inevitably brings about an increase in battery capacity and an improvement in internal space utilization, posing more stringent challenges to the current carrying capacity and structural design of internal connectors. At the same time, it is increasingly important to ensure that connector damage is avoided during the assembly process. In response to this industry trend, JAE has launched a new FPC connector that successfully meets these new requirements with its compact design and current transmission capacity of up to 5A.
To this end, JAE has carefully launched the "WP56MS series" of board to board (FPC) connectors. This series of connectors has a spacing of 0.3mm and a depth of 1.73mm. Compared to previous products (WP26DK), the size has been significantly reduced by 21%, perfectly meeting the requirements of high-density mounting. Its unique compression structure design not only ensures structural compactness, but also achieves excellent fitting operability. HRS composite branch adapter
To further optimize the wiring layout inside industrial equipment, especially for the wiring problems of a large number of sensors in semiconductor manufacturing, handling, and surface mount machines, HRS has innovatively launched a composite branch adapter based on the original branch adapter. This adapter cleverly combines the branch terminal (for power supply) with the non branch terminal (for signal) structure, achieving the sharing of power supply lines. By applying composite branch adapters to replace branch substrates in existing wiring schemes, not only can the size be significantly reduced, but wiring costs can also be effectively reduced.
